At Skyward Sisters, we believe the sky is not the limit—it’s just the beginning.
We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young women, ages 16 to 24, to pursue careers in aviation as pilots, technicians, air traffic controllers, and beyond.
Our mission is to break barriers and open doors in an industry where women have historically been underrepresented. Through mentorship, scholarships, and community, we provide the tools, guidance, and support needed for aspiring aviators to thrive.
